What we collect, how we use it, how we store it
What we collect
When you get in touch through the contact form or by email, we collect the information you provide, typically your name, email address, phone number and the details of your enquiry.
How we use it
Your data is used only to respond to your enquiry and, where a booking goes ahead, to arrange and deliver that booking. We do not use your data for marketing, and we do not sell or share it with third parties beyond what's needed to respond to you (for example, our email provider).
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and meet any legal or accounting requirements, then delete it.
Your rights Under UK data protection law, you can ask to see the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop using it. To do this, email catonsax@gmail.com. If you're unhappy with how your data has been handled, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
